Midful Movement + Meditation

Join us every Tuesday at Smales Farm for free “Mindful Movement + Meditation” 12:30pm – 1:15pm.

These Winter sessions will be held indoors in the beautiful new B:HIVE building. (Summer sessions held at The Terrace)

Focus on building body awareness, increasing core strength and improving mobility using functional body-weight movements.

Suitable for all fitness levels. No previous experience necessary and everyone is welcome.

Online Mindfulness – Tuesday & Thursdays

Join us every Tuesday & Thursday for a mindful lunch break thanks to Smales Farm.
