We provide research based mindfulness to lower stress, improve mental focus and create more wellbeing in the workplace. Our bespoke “Joyful Approach” program is available for businesses in Hamilton, Auckland & across NZ. Our offerings include mindful movement (yoga), meditation and a range of mindfulness training. Programs are led by Joyful Co-Founders Danica & Nick Joy.

No experience required

6 Week Mindfulness Program 

45 – 60 min sessions
