Welcome! Arrive at leisure between 5 – 6 pm
Relax, unpack, make a cup of tea and enjoy the welcome platter (Middle Eastern platter with hummus, falafel, pitta bread, olives, dips & salad )

Meditation & Sweet Dreams
Settle in with a guided meditation to ground, physically and mentally (30 mins)
Sam is all about helping us understand our mind and the minds of others. Emotional Intelligence expert.
This is your chance to learn everything you need to know about emotional intelligence in an engaging, inspiring and supportive environment.
Danica has been a student and teacher of yoga, meditation & mindfulness for almost 10 years and brings a wealth of wisdom to this retreat.
Now a psychology student, reiki master and natural healer, her mission is to share joy throughout everything she does.
Nick loves sharing meditation tools and techniques to help you feel more joy. He is a Reiki Master (Energy Healing) and loves sharing energy workshops.
Nick lives and breathes mindfulness and loves sharing within a group setting.
Our Joyful helpers will be on site to help make sure the weekend runs smoothly and will be preparing some beautiful meals for everyone to enjoy!
Our retreat venue is surrounded by lush gardens with plenty of space to relax. The accommodation is beautifully simple and clean. We have a mix of private and shared rooms, beds are made up with crisp fresh linen and towels are provided. If you would like a private room please let us know and we can arrange for an additional cost.
This retreat is open to everyone, all we ask is that you have an open heart and mind.
